BLACK DIAMONDS – „No Tell Hotel“

Bisher übernachtete John Wick im «The Continental» Hotel – doch jetzt wird er sicher im «No Tell Hotel» der BLACK DIAMONDS übernachten. Ein Hotel gefüllt mit den Geschichten seiner Bewohner.

Wer auf Hardrock und Glamrock steht sollte die online Release Party am 13.03.2021 nicht verpassen und sich die Drinks mixen welche nach vier der Songs benannt wurden – die Rezepte dazu findet Ihr auf der Facebook Seite der Band.

Die bereits veröffentlichten Songs vermitteln einen guten Eindruck über den Stil des gesamten Albums. Hardrock und Glamrock der Spass macht und mitreisst. Zwei Balladen und ein Song mit Western touch runden das ganze ab.

Das Artwork des Album gefällt mir sehr – erinnert es mich an die schönen Art Deco Hotels am Oceans Drive in Miami – genauso bunt beleuchtet wie die Originale und der Old Timer vor der Tür darf natürlich auch nicht fehlen. Oder wie Will Smiths sagen würde – Welcome to Miami!

Persönlich freue ich mich um so mehr die Jungs mit den Songs live zu erleben – da mich Ihr Sound live noch mehr begeistert.
Ihr neuer Gitarrist Chris fügt sich auf dem Album gut ein – bin gespannt ob die Chemie auch live stimmt.

Meine Anspiel Vorschläge:

Saturday – am besten mit dem Video ansehen – die Band wird im «South Park» Stil dargestellt. Der Song eignet sich mit dem eingängigen Refrain perfekt um mit einer grossen Portion gute Laune ins Weekend zu starten.
Lonesome Road – beginnt wie eine Akustik Ballade bis dann die restlichen Instrumente sowie die E-Gitarren einsetzen. Schöner Soundtrack für einen Roadtrip. Im Video gibt es Einblicke in die Vergangenheit der Bandmitglieder – für alle Fans und solche die es werden wollen ein «must see».
Forever Wild – eine schnelle Nummer mit viel Energie.
Reaching For The Stars – cooles Riff und ein Song der gute Laune verbreitet.

John Wick spend the night at “The Continental” Hotel so far – but now he will probably stay at the “No Tell Hotel” of the BLACK DIAMONDS. A Hotel filled with the Stories of its residents.

If you like Hardrock and Glamrock – than you should join the online Release Party on Saturday 13^th march 2021. And you should mix the four drinks – named after some of the Songs. You can find the recipe on the Bands Facebook account.

I love the artwork of the album – it reminds me of the beautiful Art Deco Hotels at the Oceans Drive at Miami. Including the bright and colored lights as well as the oldtimer car in front of the Hotel. As Will Smiths would say – welcome to Miami!

The three already released Songs give a good impression of the style from the whole Album.
Hardrock and Glamrock to get carried away and have fun with it. Two slow songs and the last one with a touch of western top off the album.

Personal I’m really looking forward to see the guys live with the new songs – as they’re songs stoke me live even more.
It seems that the new guitar player fits in well on the new album – I’m curious if he will fit in live as well.

My Song proposal:

Saturday – please – do watch the Video. The band is illustrated in «South Park” style – just fun to watch. The chorus is very catchy and the perfect soundtrack to start into the weekend.
Lonesome Road – start’s like an acoustic ballad until the other instruments and the electric guitar tunes in. Nice soundtrack for a road trip. A “must see” Video for all the fans – as the bandmembers share some pictures from they’re childhood in it.
Forever Wild – a fast and energetic power song.
Reaching For The Stars – great guitar riff and a song that puts you in a good mood.
