Australian symphonic/gothic metal singer DARKYRA BLACK has released their brand new single and video ‘Tears By Candlelight‘. The song is from DARKYRA BLACK’s forthcoming album ‘Dragon Tears‘ which is projected to be released in November 2013.

When we think Female Fronted Symphonic Metal and Gothic Metal, our minds automatically think of the Ethereal Diva’s such as Tarja Turunen (ex Nightwish), Floor Jansen (Nightwish) and Simone Simons (Epica) and each year the number of carbon copy artists increases. Perhaps it’s time for a change. Perhaps the change is right here.

DARKYRA BLACK’s unique vocal is far from predictable as she has a way of blending together all the different colors of her voice taking you on an emotional roller coaster unlike any other female artist.
