Neben den üblich geilen Nummern stechen für mich besonders hervor;

english version

Netta Laurenne is the name of the woman at the microphone – she actually looks quite neat and nice. Actually – when the girl grabs the microphone and her vocal chords start to vibrate, a storm is coming over you. The woman has an incredibly horny voice. There is so much precision, pressure and charisma behind it that I haven’t heard in a while. This voice is the icing on the cake on an album that immediately captivated me – the first time I listened to it.
Beside Netta(n) Frau on the mic, Teemu Mäntysaari on guitars, Rolf Pilve on drums, Vili Itäpelto on keyboard and Tuomas Yli-Jaskari on bass help to create a debut that easily outshines many an established album of established bands…
A small detail on the side; we know guitarist Teemu from WINTERSUN, drummer Rolf also from there and from STRATOVARIUS.

Where does my enthusiasm for the disc come from? Because it’s simply awesome, because every note fits, every arrangement fits and the rounding is technically perfect. There is simply nothing to complain about, no track that falls off, no song that wouldn’t grab me. How does the attractive Finnish singer sing? „Hey Motherfuckers!“ here there are no complaints or nagging, here the auditory canals are blown properly once again, doubleblasts massage the pit of your stomach.
Beside the usual horny numbers, for me the most outstanding ones are
„Troublemaker“ – I haven’t heard such energy at this high speed for a long time – this is pure rap combined with hard metal and an indecently good riffing. Even the keyboards contribute to the success, not to mention the guitar solo.
„Date With The Devil“ can almost be played like a ballad, only to pile up over different melodic levels to a power metal storm. Just listen to the cool stuff yourself, then you know what I mean.
A full ten – not only on the song list – is the power ballad „Wind And Water“. That a band with such an awesome line-up can do a ballad is shown by the band with this last song on the album. It has simply class, unagitated but no less impressive.

Conclusion

It is clear that with a voice like this the attractive singer is in the foreground. But the other band members definitely don’t need to hide. The lovely people are simply breathtaking Metal from the far north. Listen in, buy the thing and hope with me that the band will come on tour soon !
